or a pharmacy itself. We do not produce
and we do not fill products. Each customer
order is treated as a special request for
a custom compounded product in compliance
with European and FDA medical laws. Special
contract pharmacies in Germany and Austria
are fullfilling the orders. Customers outside
Germany and Austria do not need a prescription
to order but it is always possible that
local customs require a prescription to
import products. Most customs authorities
consider the products as cosmetics due to
the low concentration of pharmaceutical
effective ingredients. Until today not a
single order was refused by customs. All
products are intended for males and for
topical cosmetical use only.
Due to the experimental and innovative
character of the products we cannot
offer any form of guarantee. As everybody
knows the field of androgenetic alopecia
is still full of unknown variables. We try
our best to recommend and use only proven
substances with a realistic chance of success
but there is no guarantee that a product
will work in your case. Custom compounded
products cannot be returned but we will
work with you if you have any reasonable
complaint or problem. Please keep in mind
